DISPATCH TIME
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 days after they are placed. Dispatch is when we package your order and hand it to our delivery partner.

DELIVERY TIME
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–7 days, depending on your state and delivery location.

We also offer 1-day delivery within Bengaluru. If you would like 1-day delivery, please DM us before placing your order so we can check availability and schedule it.

SHIPPING CHARGE
Shipping is a flat ₹50 across India.

DELIVERY COVERAGE AND PAYMENT
We deliver across India and cover all Indian PIN codes.
COD is not available. All orders must be prepaid.

TRACKING
Your tracking link will be provided directly after your order is placed.

COURIER DELAYS OR LOST PARCELS
Once your parcel has been handed to the delivery partner, the courier is responsible for the shipment. If a parcel is lost in transit, Dibbs will do its best to follow up with the courier and request a resolution or refund. If the courier refuses compensation, any resulting loss or charge may need to be borne by the customer.
